All registration forms and payments must be received in our office by the Monday the week of the course in order to be pre-registered.

Yes, however you will incur a $50 late registration fee and we encourage you to contact our office or check our website to ensure that the course has not been canceled. The website will indicate "confirmed" or "canceled".

The fee for a duplicate certificate is $25 (Credit Card or Money Order). You must contact our office by email or phone to request a form. Upon completion and receipt of form and payment, a duplicate certificate will be mailed.

No. In the state of Louisiana a Bail Bond Producer License gives you authority to write bail and bail recovery.
This must be completed by all students registering for Continuing Education and does not apply for Pre-Licensing students.
Yes. This is required by the Louisiana Department of Insurance to be included on the completion certificate.
You must have valid identification. We also suggest bringing something to write with and a hi-lighter.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to confer with the instructor on possibly staying after the normal dismissal time to make up the part of the course you missed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed to attend the course and will have to reschedule.
You are provided with a course book that becomes yours to keep and will be useful as a study guide for the state exam.
During the 8-hour Pre-Licensing Course, you will be provided instruction on how to apply for your license with the Louisiana Department of Insurance and how to schedule your exam.

Bail Agents may obtain all 12 hours of CE through Self Study Courses.

Louisiana Educational Services, Inc. offers self-study courses. On completion of the self-study, as well as returning the questions provided with the manual, to LES, and upon successfully completing the answers to those questions, (70% is passing), a certificate for Six Hours of Continuing Education will be forwarded to the student. The exam must be returned, fully answered within 30 days from the mailing of the course material. The post mark will determine the date of mailing. If the "exam" is returned later then this, you will incur a $50.00 late processing fee. ALSO, if for ANY reason, you must RETAKE the exam, you will incur an additional fee of $50.00.
